We are The Smith's and we are thrilled to share a piece of our family’s story with you. Since 1996, Harbour Island has become more than just a destination for our family; it's been a cherished backdrop to countless memories with family and friends and has truly become our home away from home. First traveling by boat, and eventually purchasing Cazatuna in 2013, our family has grown up with Harbour Island. As we've grown together, the warmth, spirit, and love of the local community have become an inseparable part of who we are, shaping our story and deepening our bond with this special place.
You may be asking, 'where does the name Cazatuna come from'? Cazar means to hunt in Spanish, and tuna reflects our love for sport fishing. It's a name that celebrates our family's sense of adventure, our deep connection to the sea, and the joy we find in gathering together by the water in Harbour Island.

In 2024 we embarked on our latest family venture, Smith Road Collection – a collection of our estates, ranches, homes, and villas across the US and Caribbean, that we invite you to enjoy through endless adventures, premium accommodations, and unparalleled concierge service and staff. We take pride in our intimate, off-the-beaten-path environments, each telling a piece of our story, home to countless memories of our own, and holding a special place in our hearts.
